ImageCutter allows to split the image into few part of image and build HTML, which is useful for web-designers, who need to minimize the size of the parts being downloaded.This version working with *.png, *.pcx, *.pcd, *.tga, *.tif, *.gif, *.jpg, *.bmp, *.ico, *.wmf, *.emf files and support batch cutting.
